I can help you review your gas and electricity, broadband, mobile and household protection services in one straightforward conversation.
I’ll explain the options clearly, help arrange any changes you decide to make and remain available afterwards.
I provide local help for you in Charnwood with your home services

The Problem
Most households arrange their energy, broadband, mobile and insurance at different times and with different suppliers.
Over the years, prices change, contracts continue, rollover to higher rates and services are often left in place without anyone looking at the whole picture.
See the Whole Picture
I’ll help you review several household services in one conversation rather than dealing with each one separately.
Understand What You're Paying
I’ll explain the costs clearly so you can see where your money is going and what alternatives may be available.
Understand What You're Committed To
I’ll explain what you're already committed to and how I can possibly help you out of those contracts.
Help With Any Change
If you decide to make any changes, I’ll help organise the switching for you and any practical setup required
The best energy company is not necessarily the same for every household.
Price matters, but so do your energy usage, billing preferences, customer service and the help available when something needs sorting.
I’ll help you look beyond the headline price and understand the overall option for your home.

Energy prices and your household usage changes over time, but the majority of people stay with the same supplier, and the same tariff, for years without ever reviewing them.
In my experience - 67% of local Charnwood households haven't changed their energy supplier for more than 10 years, and some never have since moving inot their home, which is why they are usually paying much more than then need to.
If you've been proactive and looked at one of the "compare" sites, then you my be in a better position. However you'll still be better off financially and pay less overall for your home bills with me.
I bring early a decade of experience and specialised training to be able to help you in numerous ways so that you can pay less for your home gas & electric.
If you're in an existing contract, or not even sure who your supplier is, then don't worry I'll be abel to help you.

If you already have solar panels, or you are having a new system installed, I can help you arrange a tariff for the electricity your home generates and exports.
There are two main types, depending on when your system was installed and originally registered.
The original (Apil 2010 - March 2019) UK qualifying solar installations can still benefit from the original government-backed guaratnteed Feed-In Tariff scheme often called the "FIT" will continue to pay for 20 years from registration.
I can help arrange the transfer while preserving the terms of your existing FIT agreement.
Some original contracts have increased substantially over the years through their agreed index-linked payment rates, so it is important that the existing entitlement is handled correctly.
Most newer solar installations (April 2019 Onwards) use a Smart Export Guarantee tariff. This pays you for eligible surplus electricity exported back to the grid.
SEG is particularly relevant to newer solar and battery systems, where the household may store some electricity for later use and export the remaining surplus back to the national electrcity grid

Your EV may well use more electricity than your home!
Which is why is important that you're on the best EV tariff as well as you home tariff
Charging an electric vehicle at home can significantly change when and how your household uses electricity and with more homes having home storage batteries, things are getting more complicated.
I can help you review energy options designed for home EV charging, including tariffs that may offer lower-cost electricity during certain overnight periods.
Moving home often means arranging your Gas, Electrcity & EV services while dealing with everything else involved in the move.
It is said that moving home can be one of the most busy & stressful things we all do - So why not let me take the strain and sort out your new home energy utilities for you
I can help coordinate the essential services for your new address and reduce the risk of being left without a working energy.
Absolutely Yes - prices change all of the while. I can check to see how you're present rate could be improved. If you decide you'd like to reduce your energy costs, I can usually arrange to get you out of your existing contract.
No, you can swithc either, or both Gas & Electricty. I will show you what the various benefits are so you can decide for yourself what would work best for you
Yes, most definitely - I can help with any aspect of domestic home energy.
Yes, I can help anybody across the UK with any Domestic Home Energy queries & advice. I do this via telephone or online/remote meetings. I share all fo the information with you on a simple interactive website page.

Local households are currently saving an average of £1,006 every year following their CBC Home Bills Review.
Broadband brings the internet connection into your home. Wi-Fi carries that connection around the property, while mobile SIMs keep you connected when you are away from it.
I can help you review all three, explain the options clearly and make changing or setting everything up feel much easier.

Broadband speeds are often described as fast, superfast or gigabit, but those labels do not always make it clear what connection is actually being delivered to your home.
I can explain what is available at your address, whether it is part-fibre or full-fibre, and what that is likely to mean for everyday use such as streaming, working from home, gaming, video calls and several people being online at once.
I’ll help you look beyond labels such as “superfast”, “gigabit”, "copper" and understand the type of connection and service that is actually available for your home.
You can then chose what would work best for you
Part-fibre connections use fibre for part of the journey, with the final section into the property normally using the existing telephone line.
It can work perfectly well for many households, but the available speed may depend on the property and its distance from the local cabinet..
Full-fibre brings the fibre connection directly into the property. It requires a new cable installation.
It can provide faster and more consistent speeds, particularly for busy households using several connected devices.

Broadband is the physical connection delivered to your property. Wi-Fi is the wireless signal that allows your phones, televisions, tablets and other devices to use that connection around your home.
I won’t simply arrange your broadband and leave you with a router and an instruction leaflet.
I can help set up your router, connect your home Wi-Fi and make sure everything is working.
In suitable homes, I may also be able to retain your existing Wi-Fi network name and password, helping your devices reconnect without everything having to be set up again individually.

I can help you review your mobile SIM options for yourself, your partner or the wider family.
I’ll explain what is included, help you keep your existing mobile number and guide you through the transfer from your current provider.
Whether you need one SIM or several, I can help make the change straightforward and ensure you know what happens next.
Yes, you can keep your existing numbers and I'll help with the transfer

Home Telephone is your traditional home phone in your house, often with internal phone extensions or DECT phones. All traditional home phone lines, sometimes called "Landlines" are being changed to the latest digital VoIP. This a nationwide change that applies to all households.
Many people still use a home phone and some people are required to have a home phone by their profession (e.g. senior Emergency Service Officers)
Keeping your existing home telphone number is usually important to maintain continuity with family, medical doctors, hospitals, care services etc.
I will arrange for your existing number to be transferred over, or you can have a brand new local number if your wish.
I can even show you how to get your Home Phone to divert to your mobile when you're out, so you never miss a call
Whatever your needs - I'll be able to accomodate, and save you some money
Moving home often means arranging broadband installation, home Wi-Fi and mobile services while dealing with everything else involved in the move.
It is said that moving home can be one of the most busy & stressful things we all do - So why not let me take the strain and sort out your new home connectivity for you
I can help coordinate the essential connectivity services for your new address and reduce the risk of being left without a working connection.
I'll be able to check your address and see if Super fast Full Fibre is yet available to your home
If your home can have Full-fibre then you have a choice of three speeds: 150Mbps, 500Mbps or 900Mbps. And these are guaranteed minimum.
If your home is still only connected by Part-fibre the the speeds are normally 38mbps or 67-70Mbps

Insurance is one of those household essentials that is often renewed automatically and then forgotten about until something goes wrong.
I can help you review your existing cover, explain the options clearly and make sure you understand what you are paying for before you decide whether to make a change.

Buildings and contents insurance can help protect your home and belongings against unexpected events such as fire, storm damage, theft, escape of water and other insured risks.
We can help you review your current policy, understand the level of cover you already have and look at the home insurance options available to you
Buildings insurance is designed to protect the structure of your home, including things such as the roof, walls and permanent fixtures.
Contents insurance helps protect the possessions inside your home — the things you would normally take with you if you moved.

A burst pipe, failed boiler, electrical problem, broekn key in lock, smashed window or blocked drain rarely happens at a convenient time.
Home Emergency Cover can provide practical help when an insured emergency affects your home and needs urgent attention.
Depending on the cover selected, assistance may be available for emergencies involving heating, plumbing, drainage, electrics and other essential household systems.
I can show you what is covered, the limits that apply and how the service works if you ever need to make a call-out.
It is not a replacement for normal household maintenance, but it can provide useful reassurance when an unexpected home emergency occurs.

Your income pays for your mortgage / rent, food, energy, broadband and almost everything else your household relies on.
If illness or injury prevented you from working for a period of time, those bills would still need to be paid.
Income protection is designed to provide a regular payment if you are unable to work because of an eligible illness or injury, helping you continue meeting everyday household commitments.
I can show you how income protection works, what level of cover may be appropriate and the options available to you.
For many people it is one of the least reviewed areas of their household finances, even though their income is what pays for virtually everything else.
Whether you live somewhere difficult to connect, need internet for only a few weeks or simply need to get online quickly, I can help you find a practical alternative.

For homes, farms and rural properties where traditional broadband is slow, unreliable or simply unavailable, satellite broadband can provide a very effective alternative.
I can help you with a Starlink connection for your property, giving you fast internet without relying on the local telephone network, street cabinet or fibre availability.
This can be particularly useful for remote homes, farms, outbuildings, rural businesses and properties where full-fibre broadband may still be years away.
If you already have poor broadband, frequent drop-outs or very low speeds, I can help you look at whether a satellite connection would be a better option.
Whatever your location – I’ll help you find a practical way to stay connected.

Portable WiFi gives you your own internet connection wherever you have a suitable 4G or 5G mobile signal, without relying on the WiFi provided at a campsite, holiday park, hotel or temporary location.
It can be ideal for caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes, travelling, working away or anywhere you want a more reliable connection for your own phones, tablets, laptops and streaming devices.
Using your own portable WiFi connection is also much more secure than relying on open or shared public WiFi in cafés, hotels, campsites or other public places, because your devices connect through your own private WiFi and network connection rather than a open public one used by strangers and potential hackers.
I can help you with a portable WiFi router or mobile broadband router, for your own private WiFi connection. Depending on the location and network coverage, this can include fast 4G or 5G connectivity.
If you are looking for caravan WiFi, motorhome WiFi, travel WiFi, a 5G SIM router or simply a way to get portable internet while you are away from home, tell me what you are trying to do and I’ll help you find a practical option.
It can also be useful as a backup internet connection if your normal broadband fails, or where you regularly move between different locations.
Whatever you need to connect – I’ll help you find a straightforward way to get online.
